Terms of Service

You must meet the following requirements to use Tightly:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your phone number secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including sending unwanted messages
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use any automated system to access the service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and process it to provide our service.

Our Content: The Tightly service, including all text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Premium Features: Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Tightly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the accuracy of their profiles. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
